Day 259/365.   A friend of mine went home to visit Israel to visit her family and brought me back this keychain.  This symbol is called a hamsa and it has the Tefilat HaDerech (Jewish travel prayer) engraved in Hebrew on the back.  This keychain is meaningful to me not just because of its beauty, but also because of the kind thoughts and best wishes behind the gift.  The entire prayer is meaningful, and this line stood out to me:  “May You send blessing in our handiwork, and grant us grace, kindness, and mercy in Your eyes and in the eyes of all who see us.”
